I’m an artist-organizer based in Minneapolis, MN. I see art as a powerful tool for telling both individual and collective stories. I teach visual art and theater, facilitate and paint community murals, and create portraits rooted in meaningful relationships. I’m part of Studio Thalo collective with Olivia Levins Holden and Bayou Thomas, and together we’ve painted over twenty live murals at events around the twin cities that center justice and healing. I am also part of Creatives After Curfew, a muralist collective supporting emerging muralists and striving to create art in service of social justice movements.
