Through her mixed media work in collage and painting Kristin Schue explores left-behind books, photographs, ephemera, and other objects,  altering them to add flourish or a contemporary tone to their stories. Often beginning with a single starting image as the launching point for a new narrative she creates visual stories embedded with wit, quirk and wonder.
