As an artist, I create with many mediums including painting, photography, sculpture, jewelry, watercolor and clay work. Most recently, I am creating public art projects that engage communities in experiencing mindfulness.
As an art psychotherapist, I am able to merge art and mental health to provide clients an integrative approach to mental health wellness through art as a healing practice.
