Susan Feigenbaum

My sculpture evokes mystery and ambiguity using biomorphic forms that straddle the boundaries between the human, the animal, and the imagined. My intent is to connect the world of the subconscious with the world of our everyday reality. I draw upon my archive of experience, memory, the natural world, and the imaginary to create my work.

My current work explores relationships between abstract forms within narrative compositions. I invite viewers to enter these environments and discover something within themselves—a presence beyond our everyday world.
